At Hospitalist EMO, we want a partnership with our client hospital.  We are ready to share in the risk of building and developing a successful hospitalist program that addresses the needs of hospital administration.  The challenging financial environment in which hospitals must operate makes it essential to have a depth of creative resources available to it from its hospitalist partners.  Functioning within the box is no longer an option; a successful partner needs to thrive in the gray area of living outside the box.  A true collaborative relationship fuels the fire in making a long term, viable program for all involved.

Our on-site hospitalist teams are lead by experienced medical directors who personally participate in each element of a patient's care, from direct clinical contact to medical records, nursing care, case management, the medical staff, medical leadership, hospital committees and finally in the C-Suites.  We are in tune with the specific needs of each individual hospital system and frequently extend our involvement to community programs as well as extended care and sub-acute facilities.

Choosing a hospitalist partner is a direct reflection on hospital administration and in many cases the Board of Directors as well.  Our sister organization, Emergency Medical Associates, set the gold standard years ago for creating partnerships where the goals of the medical group are fully aligned with those of hospital administration.  We know what it takes to attract the best physicians and provide the best services to our hospital partners.  We have walked the talk.
