Dr. Raymond Iannaccone, President and CEO of EMA and Hospitalist EMO. Dr. Iannaccone has been with Emergency Medical Associates of New Jersey since 2003. He joined EMA on January 17, 2003 as the ED Director at Hudson Valley Hospital Center and served on the EMA/EMX Board from 2003 to 2006. Dr. Iannaccone served as Vice President during 2005 and 2006 and in 2006 was selected as the Executive Vice President. He assumed the role of President and CEO in 2007, and was subsequently named President and CEO of Hospitalist EMO in December of the same year. He is a professional society member of the New York Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Iannaccone received his undergraduate degree at St. John's University, Jamaica, New York and his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Portsmouth Naval Hospital, Portsmouth, VA. He received specialized training in diving, hyperbaric and submarine medicine at the Naval Undersea Medical Institute, Groton, CT. He completed the Emergency Medicine residency at Bronx Municipal Hospital Center and is a diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine. iannacconer@emamd.com

Julie Flemming, Director of EMO Medical Care and Hospitalist EMO joined Alpha Physician Resources in 1998 over the primary care/urgent care division of EMO Medical Care, an affiliate to EMA. In 2001, the service line expanded to include pediatric and adult medicine hospitalist services. Ms. Flemming is the executive operational officer over all aspects of the business functions for both EMO Medical Care and Hospitalist EMO. She is a participant in the Senior Leadership Team as well as being an active member of Compliance Committee. Ms. Flemming has over 18 years of healthcare management experience including 7 years in emergency medicine operations prior to entering the primary care/multispecialty arena and 10 years in senior practice management for privately held, publicly owned and venture capital based organizations in the Northeast. flemmingj@emomedicalcare.com
Carra Hotko, Assistant Director of EMO Medical Care/Hospitalist EMO, joined EMO in 1999. Carra has served in several capacities over the years,starting as an administrative assistant,developing into a project manager and into her current position, as EMO's needs have grown.Today, Carra oversees the management of our physicians' malpractice coverage and contracts; credentialing of new hires; and physician and mid-level practitioner payrolls. Carra is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia, where she received Bachelor of Science degrees in Management and Economics. hotkoc@emomedicalcare.com.
Debbie Clark, Director of Informatics, EMO Medical Care/Hospitalist EMO, joined Alpha Physician Resources in 1999 as Director of Client Services in the Information Services Department. Debbie established the EDIM help desk as well as the support and implementation teams, overseeing first the Y2k conversion of EDIM to its Windows platform, and subsequently supporting the continued development of EDIM and the expansion into new sites. In 2006, Debbie joined the EMO team to manage growing IS needs within the EMO lines of business. Since coming to EMO, Debbie has managed and directed the implementation of several vendor systems, and currently manages the outsourcing of all web development within the family of EMA companies. clarkd@emomedicalcare.com.
